1) Download the resetter first, link below this article. Extract the downloaded file. Then open the folder in which there are two resetters, one for artisan 700 and another for artisan 710. Please choose according to your printer type.
2) After that run the program “AdjProg.exe“, then click “Accept“. Continue by clicking “Particular adjustment mode“, then selecting “Waste ink pad counter“, then clicking “OK“.
3) Check the “Main pad counter” option, then click the “Check” button, then click the “Initialization” button.
4) Once successfully reset, please close the program and turn off the printer then turn the printer on again.
